Garlic Cheesy Mashed Potatoes recipe

What you need:
8 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed, about 2 ½ pounds
1 cups whole milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
1/2 cup Taleggio or Camembert Cheese(optional)
Nutmeg, freshly grated, to taste

How to make it:
Place potatoes in a pot, cover with cold water, bring to boil, salt
well, boil till tender, drain and return to hot pot. In a wide pan
heat milk with remaining garlic and butter over medium heat to low
simmer. Add milk mixture to potatoes and mash, melt in Taleggio or
Camembert if using, and Parmigiano-Reggiano then season with salt and pepper and
nutmeg, to taste.
