2 cups fresh crabmeat
2 cups soft bread crumbs (4 slices)
2/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/3 cup each chopped celery, green pepper and onion
1/2 tablespoons seafood seasoning
1 tablespoon parsley
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Shape into 8 patties.
Broil for 5 minutes each side or until golden brown.
You can also put in a frying pan with a dollop of butter and frying on each side for 5 minutes.
