Lemon Crab Cream Cheese Balls recipe

1 1/2 cups crab meat
6 ounces cream cheese
Grated zest of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
You can dip the balls into any number of things.
Here are a list of ideas:
Chives, roasted black or white sesame seeds, roasted pine nuts, roasted almonds, roasted red pepper powder, peppers: black, green, white, red, pecans, scallions, pistachios, walnuts, mild chili salt, orange zest and Parsley, are some suggestions.
Any nut or seeds you decide upon need to be finely chopped.

In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, lemon zest, salt, pepper, celery seeds and 1/4 teaspoon paprika.

Use a fork to combine all ingredients evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Combine whatever items you have selected, chopped and prepared and put them into a bowl.

Form crab mixture into 1-inch balls and roll in your tasty outside topping.

Refrigerate until ready to serve with crackers.

Makes about 2 dozen balls.
