2 Eggs at room temperature
1 Cup of warm milk
4 1/2 Cups of bread flour
1/3 Cup of melted margarine
1/2 Cup of white sugar
2 1/2 Tsp. of bread machine yeast
1 Tsp. of salt
1 Cup of brown sugar, packed
2 1/2 Tbsp. of ground cinnamon
1/3 Cup of softened butter
1 Package of softened cream cheese, 3 oz.
1/4 Cup of softened butter
1 1/2 Cups of confectioners' sugar
1/2 Tsp. of vanilla extract
1/8 Tsp. of salt

Note: this recipe uses a bread machine.

In the pan of the bread, place ingredients in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle; press Start.

When dough it's twice its original size, place it onto a floured surface. Cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Using a bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough into a rectangle approximately 16×21 inch. Spread dough with butter and sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Roll dough up and cut into 12 rolls.

Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan and place rolls. Set aside for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 °F. Bake rolls until golden brown (15 minutes).

Beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, salt and 1/4 cup butter.

Frost the rolls with mixture before serving. - more at
